PereSoft Maintenance Program 

The PereSoft Maintenance Program provides PereSoft clients with the long-term security of a comprehensive product upgrade program for a 12 month period. The program is managed co-operatively between PereSoft and the client’s local Solution Provider to ensure delivery and installation of maintenance and upgrade software releases as well as technical support and training. This program is required for the PereSoft Cashbook for Windows and all associated Cashbook for Windows products.

The PereSoft Maintenance Program is provided to all new clients of PereSoft Cashbook for Windows. Existing clients are also eligible to purchase the program. Fees are calculated on the current local Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of PereSoft products only.  All technical support and training requested of the Solution Provider by the Client are subjected to additional charges. 

PRICING AND BENEFITS: 

PereSoft Maintenance Program: 

• 18% of the SRP value of the software

• Product upgrades and updates 

NEW CLIENTS 

• PereSoft Maintenance is compulsory for the first year license of PereSoft for Windows software.

• The PereSoft Maintenance Program contract will be offered as a separate but standard part of the sale by the Solution Provider.

• Annual renewals can be purchased from the PereSoft Solution Provider or from PereSoft Software.

• Renewals sold by the Solution Provider generate 15% commission. 

PERESOFT SOLUTION PROVIDER PROGRAM 

• SP's who sell PereSoft Maintenance Programs will receive a commission of 18% of the initial PereSoft Maintenance Program Fee.

• Annual renewals of the program will continue to generate an annuity to the SP as long as the SP continues to be identified by the client as the SP of choice. Renewal commissions are 15% of the fee if PereSoft sells the renewal or 18% of the fee if the SP sells the renewal.

DELIVERY OF UPGRADES

• Upgrades are delivered directly to the client via our Client Area on the web at www.peresoft.co.za. The SP can download the necessary product for immediate installation at the client’s site.
