The PereSoft TravPac is enhanced with a powerful timesaver, the TravPac Ticket Interface. This interface retrieves ticket information generated by different ticket booking systems directly into TravPac. Re-entry is not necessary as an invoice can be printed immediately or daily as the ticket information becomes available. The ticket data is retrieved without staff intervention enabling the consultant to print invoices directly out of Travpac as soon as the ticket has been issued.

The following Reservation Booking Systems are supported:

• Amedeus
• Galileo
• Worldspan

With this program you can:

• Import Tickets directly from the supported booking systems
• Enter relevant TravPac information, e.g.; Customer number, Product Code directly into the Booking Reservation System.
• Add Service Fee (Recoveries).
• Match Audit Trails - showing tickets matched with invoice numbers.
• Exception Report - showing canceled tickets.
• Print Tax invoice from imported tickets.
• Have built-in Accounting Controls to prevent duplication.
