In our quest to ensure that your support issues are addressed swiftly and effectively we are now able to offer you support through our support forums. The benefits of offering support through the forums include:
As soon as your issue is posted on the forum an email is automatically forwarded to a Peresoft representative. This will ensure that you always get a swift response as you are not dependant on a particular staff member who for various reasons might not be available.
You can get sent an email automatically as soon as a Peresoft representative replies to your message.
A search facility allows you the use of key words to quickly locate issues that have previously been addressed, saving you the time of having to wait for a reply.
Others have the benefit of an instant answer if they experience the same issue as they will have access to the messages and responses via the forum.
